Home Owner’s Association Board Terms, Elections, and Officers

  1. •Board members serve for three-year terms.

  2. •Board members stepping down early are replaced. Replacement board members serve the remaining length of the original term.

  3. •The board is comprised of nine members.

  4. •Terms are staggered such that every year, three members complete their terms.

  5. •Every year the Homeowner’s Association elects three new board members to these open positions.

  6. •Specific officer positions -- President (P), Vice President (VP), Treasurer (T) and Secretary (S) -- are assigned annually. Each year the new board votes to assign these positions.
